Quick Rib-eye aromatic vegetables stir fry, rice noodles

Quick Dinners that taste great and are super easy to pull together 

Ingredients:

1x 282g rib-eye steak
1x aromatic vegetable stir fry mix Tesco
1x nest rice noodles
1x dessert spoon coconut oil
1x teaspoon chilli flakes
1x garlic clove

1 pan or wok

First thing get your pan nice and hot then cook your steak to your liking.
Personally medium rare is perfect for me(circa 3-4 min each side).

Once cooked, set the steak aside. Add garlic, chilli and coconut oil to pan then the stir fry mix. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add rice noodles and heat for a further three minutes.

Cut your steak into strips. Place vegetables and rice noodle in a bowl, top with steak strips and edamame.

Serve 👌
