Bagelista Times: a good egg in the morning
This is a no brainer for me, nearly every morning! I love eggs!
And bagels! And veggies lol I love food.
As i struggle with more starchy starts, eggs are my go-to-foods to fill me up and get me on my way for the day (well, until snack time at least ;-).
1 thin bagel (which ever you love)
100g spinach, wilted
100g cherry tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
First off on a baking tray lined with baking paper, lay your cherry toms on the vine. Spray with oil, a crushed garlic clove and a little rosemary for that Med feel. They will be ready in 25 min on medium oven heat around 150C.
In a frying pan, spray oil, egg, season, cook. While that's going, toast ya bagel.
Wilt some spinach and set aside.
When the tomatoes are ready, lay them on your plate and build your bagel
Simple breakfast packed with flavour and so fulfilling
