Grilled Chicken, puy lentil, spinach, lemon extra virgin
1 CHICKEN BREAST (approximately 200g)
125G PRE-COOKED PUY LENTILS
50G WILTED SPINACH
20G BOILED PEAS
1 TSP OLIVE OIL
HALF SQUEEZED LEMON
In a pan use spray oil to char-grill your chicken. Cook through. Season and set aside.
Heat your lentils through in a microwave or with 50ml of water in a pan (in this option don't forget to stir). Season with salt and pepper. Add spinach to the pan, lemon and a teaspoon of olive oil.
In a bowl place your lentil at the bottom, arrange chicken as you wish or toss it all together salad style
