Banana-Nutty protein 'bread'
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 ripe banana
200ml coconut milk (dairy free low cal)
100gr wholewheat flour
1 sachet of bicarbonate soda
1 spoon of maple syrup
Mix all ingredients together into thick wobbly consistency.
Line a cake thin with baking paper, spray with fry oil, bake at 150C for 40 min
Check if the bread is cooked by piercing with a toothpick.
If it comes out clean, it's ready.
Leave to cool ad serve on its own, with peanut butter or with baked cinnamon apples
