Tesco Squid rings 150g £3.00
White Wine And Garlic Scottish Mussels 500G £3.25

Parsley 10g
1 garlic clove
1 whole chilli

250g asparagus £2.50
300g cherry tomatos £1.00

TOTAL COST £13.75   £3.43 per person
Serve with char-grilled sourdough 

This is literally a simple assembly dish based on timings.
First off microwave the asparagus then slice up leaving the tips intact.
Chop garlic, parsley, chilli finely set aside.
In a pan, drop the prepped mussels first (they need to cook for 8 minutes) with the cherry tomatoes. Half way through add the uncooked squid rings, then two minutes to the end the seafood cocktail & asparagus. Mix well together, finish with the parsley mix then serve straight away with a slice of char-grilled sourdough
