Hash Browns, courgette & egg
- 2 large, Egg
- 300 g, Fresh Courgette
- 1 clove, Garlic, raw
- 20 milliliter, Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
- 1 container (14 gs ea.), Trimmed Spring Onion
- 5 gram, Lrg Chilly
- 4 hash browns, Hash Browns (Frozen)
Fry the courgette with garlic, oil & chillies. This will take around 15minutes to cook.
Bake your hash-browns, two per person, in a pre-heated oven (don't add any oil).
Fry your eggs.
Assemble and serve :-)
