Simple Pork & Autumn Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 PORK LOIN per person
1 RED CHICORY
HANDFUL SPINACH LEAVES & WATERCRESS
10 CASHEW NUTS
1 TSP OLIVE OIL
SALT & PEPPER

S I M P L E F O O D is the best! It had been a while since i has a pork loin, so tasty.
Variating your protein sources makes taste sense & adding variety to your meals keeps things interesting especially when on a weightloss journey.

Most people think you can’t have variety in your life, just because you want to lose a little bit of weight. I believe in GOOD, HUMBLE, FOOD choices that keep you full and suit your lifestyle.

There is no fancy ingredient on this recipe at all.
Cook the loins in a hot frying pan with fry-oil, season well.
Assemble the salad, chuck in the cashews, dress in olive oil, salt pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

When the loins are cooked, serve. Voila, nothing fancy and it takes less than 15 minutes
