1 RED CHICORY
HANDFUL SPINACH LEAVES & WATERCRESS
10 CASHEW NUTS
1 TSP OLIVE OIL
SALT & PEPPER

There is no fancy ingredient on this recipe at all.
Cook the loins in a hot frying pan with fry-oil, season well.
Assemble the salad, chuck in the cashews, dress in olive oil, salt pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
When the loins are cooked, serve. Voila, nothing fancy and it takes less than 15 minutes
