Believe in Yourself
I love this quote. Believe in yourself, that is the first step. Believe in your vision and in who you want to be and what you want to achieve:
To achieve your fitness & life goals, there is no magic pill, easy way, cutting corners, no shortcuts, you have to be willing to make a change and work damn hard for it.
There are a million ways we sabotage ourselves to get out of believing in ourselves and doing something positive about it. Work on it a little everyday; progress a step at the time. Suddenly it won't seem like an insurmountable task: be it that extra rep, a stroll at the park, that last step on your daily goal, a PB with the weights, a new business idea, that recipe you wanted to try but never thought you could pull off...believe you can achieve and you are halfway there.
