I don’t believe in quick fixes nor in magic pills when it comes to someone’s very personal journey into their fitness and well being. I was were you are now. Unsure if you are ready to commit to getting healthier, you may not know where to start. You may be facing some mindset struggles as to why you want to do this. Let’s work at it together!
Because of these reasons, i want you to commit to the process and really invest in yourself to make the most positive habit changes to reach your goal with guidance and support from me on a one to one basis.

All my sessions & programmes are based on resistance weight training interspersed with a functional cross training approach.
You will learn the importance of building lean muscle as well as torch calories with a training routine that is inspired by you.

8 sessions a month

Let me help you reach your wellbeing goals with a more intensive package where i coach you twice a week at PureGym Millhouses.
You will get 8 sessions a month on a subscription basis, which renews every month
All sessions are one-to-one, we focus on You
Access to MyPThub app with your tailor made exercise programme
Access to the TKCP Academy Private facebook Group to share your journey with your new Squad

£240 per month
45 min sessions

T&Cs apply. This will be discussed at consultation and listed in your training agreement .

12 Sessions per month

Let me help you reach your wellbeing goals with an all in commitment package where i coach you three times a week at PureGym Millhouses.
You will get 12 sessions a month on a subscription basis, which renews every month
All sessions are one-to-one, we focus on You
Access to MyPThub app with your tailor made exercise programme
Nutrition advise to include sample meal plan (however, i believe in education and personalisation, this would be a guideline & you will be an active participant into making your nutritional strategy work for you)
30 recipes a month
Access to the TKCP Academy Private facebook Group to share your journey with your new Squad

£300 per month 45 minute sessions

T&Cs apply. This will be discussed at consultation and listed in your training agreement .

Learn 2 Lift

  • One course per month - enquire for start dates

  • 4 targeted workshops 1hr 30 min each approx.

  • small group environment to create support & comradeship to build more confidence on the gym floor

  • Learn to Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Hip Thrust

  • I take you through mobility to lift of each move

  • 1 free 30 minute 1-2-1 session for each participant at completion of course


    £60 per person foundation course - ideal for beginners - carried out @PureGymMillhouses Sheffield

Training Sessions only

Training only.
You want someone to guide you through exercises to make you more competent & improve your skills.
One to one sessions
No training programme will be issued with this package. This is purely for someone who would like a bit of guidance once in a while to keep them accountable to their training.

£35 per 45 minute session

Online Coaching training & nutrition

Online Coaching with tailor made training programme & nutritional guidance.

30 recipes + sample meal plans + personalised training programme, MYPTHUB, private facebook group, weekly check ins

£120 per month

T&Cs apply.
One month minimum. Access to workouts until coached by me. Remote training only. No one to one sessions.
