The Ultimate 'Action' plan

✅ PLANNING YOUR DAYS AND TRAINING has numerous benefits for our training goals, nutrition, work & life.

-

😉It saves time in the long run

☺️it's a positive habit to avoid un-necessary stress

😗It can keep us focused

😛It gives us something to work towards

🤩it gives us CLARITY of where we are at and need/want to be

-

It's all well and good, but only ACTION will make a difference in our fat-loss & life journey

-

Way too often we talk the talk, we get that buzz and fire of excitement and then we deflate like lil balloons because we didn't actually 👉DO👈 any of the things we planned and said we would DO

-

Use your plans to make a date and a commitment to yourself to workout, to eat well and fuel your body, to go and see your friends/family, to work on that project you said you would work on.

-

Pick ONE thing you want to improve about your training, nutrition, life balance, mindset

COMMIT TO THAT and keep working on it by planning it in.

CARRY one action that will help you make a positive impact on your goal

I like to write things down. I have a journal pad where i jot ideas, i'll use notes on my iphone, a training diary to log my workouts, myfitnesspal for food.

Although i like productivity apps, i much rather write things down on paper where i can see them. They feel more tangible and helps with all the ideas I get buzzing through my head. I also have a slight addiction to stationary lol #guilty lol

➡️Get a pen and a pad jot your ideas down

➡️Use a calendar to note times and events you need to see to

➡️Make lists with priority from hardest and most urgent to non-essential can-do-later

➡️Section out a time when you will do the task, like with anything it takes some practice and it will never be perfect but you can make it your own & work for you

➡️Evernote is very popular in the app world if you prefer a digital format

➡️Put your plan where you can see it. I keep mine with me in my notebook so i know what's next

Remember, it takes time to make a new habit (way longer than 21 days i am afraid) but when you get into it , and you will, it takes practice, you will wonder how you ever did without

Planning lays the foundations DOING will make the plan a success
