START YOUR OWN FITNESS REVOLUTION IN 2019
It’s upon us…2019…just literally around the corner.
With the old year coming to a close we are all thinking back to how this year went in all aspects of our lives, and thinking about the resolutions we are going to attempt for the new year coming.
I say LEAVE YOUR RESOLUTIONS at the door of 2018 and let’s start MAKING PLANS to achieve our goals through discovering our why’s.
A very sage man told me: “Expectations without a plan lead to failure”, and he is right.
We ‘ve all been there…we make a gazillion resolutions all fired up by the unconscious promise of ‘new beginnings’ that, when the enthusiasm fades, we leave behind and never complete, sometimes making us feel ‘wrong’ for not having achieved what we had so eagerly ‘expected’ we were going to do to make it happen.
Let’s start 2019 with solid goals we will definitely achieve in our fitness journey by making a plan and really digging deep in to why we want to make these changes to our lifestyle.
