Planning your workouts around your life commitments is part of your fitness journey. By doing so you can assign dedicated time to keep you accountable and really make the time necessary to give your body a good workout that keeps you healthier, happier & gets you closer to your goal.

By going to the gym unprepared you may be loosing valuable time and making your workouts drag on more than necessary.

Tracking progression will help you realise how you can improve on certain moves, will help you progress your weights or your run speed or distance.

Put a smily face, add the emotions you felt after a particular session! Remember, there are many factors that may come into play on our perception on how we performed, but if you log it, you can also keep yourself accountable for what you are doing and not doing that may be impeding your progress towards your goal
