Download FREE two day fixed path machines beginners workout to start your journey into resistance training at the gym.

The aim is to create more endurance through learning the movements which we will later on apply to free weights using fixed path machine at your gym.

WHY TWO FULL BODY WORKOUTS + EMOM

  • I want you to get used to being on the gym floor & learn new skills, which the machines do;

  • This program is for beginners and people that are new to the gym floor or transitioning from classes who want to build more strength and endurance in otherwise, an absolute new way of training

  • I believe in the power of weight training for the numerous benefits it brings to the body and increased self confidence for men and women

  • The EMOM style bodyweight circuit can be done anywhere, as a warm up or as a finisher to the weights workout; it will help by raising your heart rate, get comfortable with body weight movements before progressing to the same moves with dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbells

WHY FIXED PATH?
Everything in a gym is useful and has a point.

  • If you are new to the gym floor, you may feel more comfortable starting with this kind of equipment.

  • All exercises are clearly displayed on the machines as well as show you which muscle
    group is being worked.

  • Fixed path, when performed correctly, are safe and keep your range of movement on an exercise more controlled (with free weights, this is a skill you will learn overtime)

  • For those who have been on a gym break or are gaining back strength post-injury, weight machines are an easy way to get back in the game;

  • You can keep progressing at your own pace, while also learning to perform free weights exercises.
